Delete Your Data
Sguardo stores all health data locally on your device. We do not have access to your data on any server, so there is no account to delete and no server-side data to remove.
How to Delete Your Data
Delete All Data
- Open Sguardo on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to Data Management
- Tap Delete All Data
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently removes all health records, connections, and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Delete Data by Date Range
- Open Sguardo
- Go to Settings > Data Management
- Tap Delete by Date Range
- Select the start and end dates
- Confirm the deletion
Delete Specific Records
- Navigate to the record you want to delete (lab result, medication, condition, etc.)
- Tap or click on the record to view details
- Tap the Delete button
- Confirm the deletion
Disconnect External Sources
To stop importing data from a connected source (MyChart, Blue Button, Apple Health, etc.):
- Go to Settings > Connected Sources
- Find the source you want to disconnect
- Tap Disconnect
- Optionally, delete previously imported data from that source
Uninstalling the App
Uninstalling Sguardo from your device removes all locally stored health data. If you have created encrypted backups, those backup files remain wherever you saved them (iCloud, Google Drive, local storage) until you delete them manually.
