Import your Apple Health data directly. Workouts, vitals, lab results, and activity data are mapped to OMOP concepts automatically.

Every lab result is evaluated against 129 clinical measurements with age-, sex-, and context-stratified reference ranges, including pediatric normals for children. Results are classified by severity (normal, borderline, high, or critical) so you always know what your numbers mean, not just what they are.
Conditions in Plain English
"High blood pressure" instead of "I10." "Type 2 diabetes" instead of "E11.9." Your conditions are shown with friendly names, not ICD-10 codes or clinical jargon. The clinical codes are still there if you need them, but the default view is designed for you.
Medication Tracking
See all your medications in one list, pulled from your EHR, pharmacy, and insurance records, deduplicated and normalized. Each medication includes dosage, route, and frequency. Glance links to GoodRx pricing so you can compare costs and find savings.
Visit History Timeline

Normalized Records

Most health apps use AI to generate predictions about your health, predictions that are unvalidated, unexplainable, and often wrong. Glance uses the same clinically validated formulas, reference ranges, and drug interaction databases that your physician uses. Every calculation has a published source. Every reference range comes from medical literature. Nothing is hallucinated. Nothing is generated. When Glance says your lab result is high, it's because a medical reference says so, not because a neural network thinks so. Your data stays on your device. We never see it. Open source at launch.

Glance runs standalone on your phone or computer. No cloud account required to use it. Your health records are encrypted on your device. We never had them. If you delete the app, they're gone.
AI That Stays Local
Language understanding uses small, purpose-built models (via Predicato) that run directly on your device. Lab interpretation uses embedded reference ranges. Medication normalization uses local vocabulary tables. Nothing is sent to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any third-party AI provider. Alternatively, use our hosted service with full transparency into what is sent and full control over de-identification.

Export your health data to a printable PDF with encrypted QR codes. Your health records survive even if you lose every device.
Scan to restore
Each QR code is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and protected by a password you choose. Scan the QR codes with Glance to restore your full record instantly. No internet connection required for recovery.
OCR recovery
If the QR codes are damaged, photograph the printed text. Glance can recover your records from the human-readable lab values and medication lists printed on each page. Two layers of redundancy in one sheet of paper.
